If you are in need of a realtor I would highly recommend Vicky and her team! My fiancé and I are first-time homebuyers and I don't think we could have asked for a better experience. Here are some reasons we really liked working with her:
1) She did a phenomenal job of answering our questions and teaching us everything we needed to know about the homebuying process.
2) Her business acquaintances were also phenomenal, especially the mortgage lender she connected us with. We were very satisfied with the terms of the loan compared to other lenders we had found by ourselves.
3) Vicky's attention is fully on the client at all times. Not once did we feel like we were being pressured to make a decision and Vicky clearly listened to what we were looking for in a home. She even advised against making offers on a couple of homes (as others have mentioned) when she felt we could find something better.
I'll finish by saying that we love the home we ended up purchasing! Given how crazy the housing market currently is I'd consider it a small miracle that we found it. We feel pretty blessed that Vicky was able to put this together for us, hopefully she can work her magic for you as well! 😁

We were on the verge of renewing our apartment lease when we reached out to Peebles group in February of 2021. Despite the fact that the housing market was and continues to favor sellers, the Peebles Group helped us to find and close on our beautiful home all within a space of about 3 months. Our realtor (Brandon) from Peebles Group was amazing to work with, and had extensive knowldge on the process of buying a home, especially for first-time buyers like we were then.
